If you prefer not to proof-hear the book yourself, you have the option to pay for professional Proof-hearing done by our expert team.

Please be aware that the duration of the audiobook generation process may vary from a few hours to a few days,
depending on the length of the audiobook.

once your audiobook has been generated,
You will receive an email notification that your audiobook is ready for proof hearing.
at this point, you can proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Editing the Audiobook.

when you’re ready, click ‘Continue’, and a new window will appear, displaying the entire book.

From this point onward, any changes you make will be automatically saved in spines.

Now, let’s explore the array of tools at your disposal for effectively proof-hearing your book.

Select any sentence and click ‘Play’ to hear it.

You can also select specific words and modify their pronunciation, even if there are spelling errors.

The key is to ensure the words are pronounced correctly.

By making changes and iterations, you can refine the pronunciation until it sounds correct. This way, you have control over how the words are pronounced in the AI-generated voice.

One way to do this is to write the frenetic pronunciation of the word

bonus tip:

you can always google search the frenetic pronunciation of any word.
This can provide you with valuable suggestions to ensure accurate pronunciation in the AI-generated voice.

If you want the changes made to a specific word to apply throughout the entire text, click the ‘Find and Replace Everywhere in the Book’ button.

You can give emphasis to individual words or multiple words by clicking on the word and pressing ‘Apply’.

To select multiple words, hold down ‘Shift.’
Similarly, you can select paragraphs or multiple paragraphs by pressing and holding ‘Shift’.

Adjust the speed, volume, language, and even the voice for each selection.

If your story involves multiple characters and you want each one to have their own voice, there are a couple of ways to achieve this.

One way is to change the voice sentence by sentence, assigning a specific voice to each character as needed throughout the narrative.

Alternatively, you can create new roles and assign different voices to each role.

This approach simplifies the process of incorporating multiple voices into the story, as you can easily switch between the assigned voices for each character.

If you need to split paragraphs into multiple sections, click the ‘Cut & Edit’ button.
Here, you can select a part of the audio to create longer pauses or change voices in the middle.

When you navigate between paragraphs, chapters, and subtitles,
you can easily adjust the pause duration to your preference.
This adjustment can be applied to the entire book.

In the lower section, you can play the full audiobook,
adjust the playback speed and volume,
and move between the paragraphs.

By right-clicking on any word, you can set the text as normal text, chapter title, chapter subtitle, or subtitle.
Each paragraph type has different lengths for pauses.

Please note that once you click the ‘Finish Editing’ button located in the upper left corner, you will receive the final version of your edited audiobook.

It’s important to ensure that the entire audiobook is complete and set up correctly before proceeding,
as you won’t be able to make any further changes after this point.

Take the time to review and confirm that everything is in order before finalizing the process.

when you are ready – click on ‘Finish Editing’.
