Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) establishes the cancellation rights of authorized users of the Spines Site and/or Services. This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions available at: https://spines.com/terms-and-conditions/ (“Terms”), and all capitalized terms not defined in this Cancellation Policy will have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.

Your Plan
As further set forth in the Terms, payment for Production Plans (as well as Add-ons and Upgrades) shall be completed in full upon joining our services In addition, Membership Subscription Plans (including certain Add-ons and Upgrades which are so indicated on the Pricing Page) are subject to an automatic renewal unless terminated in accordance with this Cancellation Policy. It is hereby clarified that we reserve the right to report any unpaid Fees to credit bureaus, and/or otherwise take any necessary action in connection with the collection of unpaid Fees.
How to Cancel a Plan
Subject to the terms of this Cancellation Policy, we will provide a full refund of any Fees paid when you cancel any Production Plan, or any Add-on or Upgrade, for any reason, within seven (7) calendar days from the commencement date of your Plan, or the date when you ordered the Add-on or Upgrade (the “Trial Period”). Cancellation following the abovementioned period is subject to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.You can cancel a Plan(s), Add-on or Upgrade via your author dashboard on the Site or by contacting support at info@spines.com.
What Happens if I Cancel My Plan?
You may cancel a Plan, Add-on or Upgrade at any time, as provided above, provided however, that the following shall apply:
If you cancel within the Trial Period, you will receive a 100% refund of any Production Plan Fees, Add-on or Upgrade paid and any Membership Subscription fees paid;
If you cancel after the Trial Period, you will not get a refund of any prepaid Production Plan Fees, Add-ons, Upgrades and Membership Subscription fees, and will be charged the full remaining Production Plan Fees, and fees for Add-ons and Upgrades;
If you cancel a Membership Subscription Plan, you will also be charged the full remaining Production Plan Fees (as well as any unpaid Fees for Add-ons and Upgrades), and you will not be refunded any of such Production Plan Fees, Membership Subscription Plan Fees or Fees for Add-ons and Upgrades already paid. The balance of any Fees due will appear on your next bill.
More simply put: you can cancel within 7 days and get a full refund. After that, no refunds are given and you must pay any remaining fees. If a Production Plan isn’t fully paid, we stop work and you won’t get the files. To use the files we provide, all Production and Membership fees (up to 6 years) must be paid in full. You always own your book rights.
